Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead projects focused on process improvement, procedure creation, and training initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to senior managers on talent acquisition processes and workforce planning.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing and selection.
- Act as a backup for the Head of Talent and Resourcing during their absence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs.
- Proactively identify and engage top talent through various channels.
- Support with the redesign of the Agency PSL and continuous improvement of the ATS.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts UK wide and globally.
Key Skills:
- Extensive full cycle in-house recruitment experience.
- Experience in global recruitment.
- Proven ability to lead and execute recruitment projects.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members.
- Experience using candidate sourcing tools, including ATS and job boards.
- Strong IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with a skills-based recruitment framework is advantageous.
