Summary: The Recruitment Coordinator role at a prestigious international Asset Management firm involves providing support to the recruitment team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high volumes of interviews across Europe, America, and Asia, managing extensive diary scheduling and sending confirmations to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact with third party suppliers managing relationships and providing feedback as well as attending hiring manager meetings to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Support on Graduate Recruitment Cycles as needed coordinating assessments, interview panels and paperwork.
- Handle contract preparation, onboarding queries, and HRIS updates, in partnership with the broader HR team.
- Support ad hoc HR projects and organized business-facing initiatives such as roundtables, demonstrating strong multitasking, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or support role within Financial Services (ideally Asset or Investment Management).
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of interview scheduling across timezones, with strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Degree or CIPD qualification is beneficial.
