Summary: The role of Recruitment Advisor involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for business support vacancies within a leading London law firm. The position requires collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a high-quality recruitment service while promoting the employer brand. The ideal candidate should have experience in legal recruitment and be immediately available for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The working arrangement includes two days in the office and three days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for business support vacancies.
- Prepare job specifications, screen CVs, compile shortlists, and conduct interviews.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and Coordinator to maintain a consistent recruitment approach.
- Act as the main point of contact for direct applicants and external recruitment agencies.
- Utilize direct sourcing methods including online advertising and employee referrals.
- Assist in promoting the employer brand internally and externally.
- Work with hiring managers to identify skill sets and validate job descriptions.
