Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for business support vacancies.
  • Prepare job specifications, screen CVs, compile shortlists, and conduct interviews.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and Coordinator to maintain a consistent recruitment approach.
  • Act as the main point of contact for direct applicants and external recruitment agencies.
  • Utilize direct sourcing methods including online advertising and employee referrals.
  • Assist in promoting the employer brand internally and externally.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify skill sets and validate job descriptions.
