Summary: The Program Manager will lead multiple programs and projects for a world-leading media conglomerate, ensuring successful delivery while managing dependencies and stakeholders. This role requires strong decision-making and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in program management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects.
- Strong decision-making abilities, capable of resolving critical problems.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, able to drive workstreams toward project goals without relying on authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information concisely and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different workstreams.
