Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate recruitment data using the recruitment system.
  • Coordinate vacancy advertising and ensure compliance with internal approval processes.
  • Provide efficient administrative and advisory support across all stages of recruitment.
  • Produce recruitment reports and assist with analysing data to identify trends.
  • Support recruitment-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist with agency and temporary staffing arrangements as required.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment or HR administration, ideally in a busy office environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable using HR or recruitment systems (experience with Networx or similar is a plus).
