Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and flexible support to the Recruitment Admin team.

- Liaise with relevant teams and suppliers daily.
- Manage high-level and detailed Excel spreadsheets.
- Develop collaborative relationships with identified business stakeholders.

The Role: This is an exciting time to join AMS! You can join our Recruitment Admin team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will work with the rest of the team to provide efficient and flexible support where required. You will act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account concentrating on offers and project work within the front office space. You can make a difference and add immediate impact supporting the on-boarding functions of one of our existing Tier 1 Investment Banking clients. This role will be based onsite with the client in London.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with the Recruiters in middle office / business finance / regulatory advice
- Liaising with relevant teams and suppliers on a daily basis.
- 50% project / 50% recruiter support
- Develop collaborative relationships with identified business stakeholders
- Manage high level and detailed Excel spread sheets
- Extreme attention to detail required
You’ll need to demonstrate:
Must haves
- Experience in a Recruitment Admin role
- Experience in team coordination, setting daily targets, monitoring KPIs and SLAs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and are proactive, organised, responsive and resourceful
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of recruitment technology and databases
Nice to have:
