Summary: The Recruiting Coordinator role is a 5-month contract based in Central London, focused on supporting a global tech company's early careers talent team. The position involves enhancing the intern experience through effective coordination and communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for interns and hiring managers, answering queries and ensuring everyone feels supported
- Helping to coordinate programme activities, logistics and communications
- Managing data and documents via case management systems and internal tools
- Working closely with Program Managers to deliver key intern milestones across the lifecycle
- Supporting continuous improvements to processes and intern satisfaction
Key Skills:
- At least 1 year's experience in recruitment, HR coordination, admin or similar
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders
- Experience coordinating interviews or onboarding processes at volume
- Solid Excel skills (think VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
- Previous exposure to international or fast-changing work environments
- A degree or diploma in HR or a related field

The role:
You'll work as part of a friendly, global recruitment team focused on delivering a seamless intern experience, from onboarding through to offboarding.
