Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple vacancies on a daily basis.
  • Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and translate those requirements into job descriptions.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies to agree on terms, provide role overviews, and coordinate candidates and interviews.
  • Support hiring managers internally with coordinating interviews.
  • Deliver feedback to agencies or candidates directly.
  • Handle offers and assist with offer paperwork.
  • Track all recruitment data accurately using spreadsheets.

Key Skills:

  • Recruitment experience either in-house or agency.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.
  • Administrative skills with MS Office experience and enjoyment of high volumes of data entry.
  • Able to confidently communicate with hiring managers and agencies.
  • Willingness to commit to a 3-6 month contract initially.

Do you have excellent attention to detail, and are you able to spin multiple plates whilst delivering a great recruitment experience to candidates, and supporting hiring managers? Location: Largely home based initially, then 2 days in Altrincham office

Salary: £30-40k depending upon experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45-5.15pm

The role

  • You'll be working to coordinate multiple vacancies on a daily basis
  • Taking detailed job briefs from hiring managers and translating those requirements to a job description
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies to agree terms, give them the role overview, coordinate candidates and interviews
  • Supporting hiring managers internally with coordinating interviews
  • Delivering feedback to agencies or candidates directly
  • Handling offers and assisting with offer paperwork
  • Tracking all recruitment data with accuracy by using spreadsheets

Requirements
