Summary: The Reactive Works Engineer will be responsible for addressing maintenance issues across various building fabric disciplines within commercial environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to maintenance issues across all building fabric disciplines in commercial environments.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, patch repairs, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Drive the company van professionally and maintain van stock.
• Provide detailed remedial reports of works completed.
• Utilize company and client CAFM systems.
• Work in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Carry out between 4-8 reactive jobs per day, depending on location.

Key Skills:

• City and Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) in a relevant trade discipline.
• Experience in a reactive maintenance role, preferably in commercial environments.
• Strong skill set in building fabric disciplines such as plumbing and carpentry.
• Valid UK driving license with fewer than 9 points.
