Key Responsibilities:
- Leading Quality Inspections
- Validate safety critical criteria including torques, routing, connections, specification, fitment – 100% overcheck
- Validate aesthetic criteria with clear standards
- Use of problem-solving techniques
- Analyse and address issues in production using the 4M method – Man, Machine, Material, and Method
- Ensure operator awareness around standards, communicating standards to all teams
- Logging build faults and liaising with build team to drive efficient fault resolution and a “no fault forward” culture
- Maturation of Inline Quality processes
