Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading Quality Inspections
  • Validate safety critical criteria including torques, routing, connections, specification, fitment – 100% overcheck
  • Validate aesthetic criteria with clear standards
  • Use of problem-solving techniques
  • Analyse and address issues in production using the 4M method – Man, Machine, Material, and Method
  • Ensure operator awareness around standards, communicating standards to all teams
  • Logging build faults and liaising with build team to drive efficient fault resolution and a “no fault forward” culture
  • Maturation of Inline Quality processes
