• Drive upfront quality planning of customer products to meet requirements and standards.
• Lead quality improvement activities and oversee root cause analysis.
• Manage the NCR process and oversee reviews for customer quality requirements.
• Approve manufacturing quality packs and lead execution of FAIRs.
• Conduct first-off inspections and report generation.
• Manage one quality inspector, including performance reviews and workload scheduling.
• Ensure overall adherence to ISO9001 standards.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Understanding of GD&T, 5S, and Lean manufacturing principles.
