Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out building investigations and analysis of Building Pathology utilizing a range of techniques.
• Prepare reports with necessary background research, remedial specifications, and CAD plans.
• Assist in providing high-quality and timely advice to clients regarding building material condition and performance.
• Attend meetings with clients and their consultants, providing appraisals of building material condition and performance.
• Follow established company procedures and protocols, assisting in the development of new systems to maintain and enhance quality standards.
• Undertake personal training and development as discussed with Directors.
• Ensure confidentiality in all matters relating to work or communication with the company and clients.
