Job Title: Senior QA TesterExperience Required: 10+ yearsRole Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Tester to join our team, working closely with other testers to ensure the successful rollout of enhanced invoicing and trading data for our brokerage business. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Testing Execution:Collaborate with a team of testers to carry out System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for invoicing and trading data enhancements.Execute the testing process, report findings, and support issue resolution throughout the testing lifecycle.Collaboration:Work closely with project management, business analysts, and development teams to assure application changes that drive invoicing publication are thoroughly tested.Coordinate with operations staff to conduct UAT, ensuring alignment with SIT and challenging UAT scope for completeness.Data Analysis:Utilize strong Excel and analytical skills to review large volumes of invoicing and trading data, ensuring accuracy and consistency as part of SIT and regression testing.Communication:Demonstrate strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration among QA staff, operations, and multiple development teams.Engage with stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding of testing requirements and scope.Test Automation:Ideally, drive test automation strategies in collaboration with developers to optimize testing times and enhance testing efficiency.Act as a self-starter in identifying opportunities for automation and implementing solutions.Required Skills:Experience: 10+ years in QA/testing roles, with a focus on financial services or brokerage businesses preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities to handle large data sets.Testing Expertise: Experience in SIT and UAT processes, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies.Automation Experience: Familiarity with test automation tools and strategies, with the ability to work alongside developers in this area.Interpersonal Skills: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and align with project goals.
