Summary: The Quality Assurance Manager at the FA will lead the QA practice within the Digital Technology division, overseeing a team of QA professionals and ensuring high-quality software delivery across digital products. This role involves defining a comprehensive QA strategy, enhancing automation, and embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The manager will also drive process improvements and foster a culture of quality within the organization. The position requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to build a world-class QA function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with product development goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage QA Leads, analysts, and automation engineers.
- Establish and enforce QA standards and governance throughout the SDLC.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of automated test scripts for various testing types.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA early in the delivery process.
- Coordinate quality assurance for all software releases and manage QA resource allocation.
- Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms for quality metrics and testing progress.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and software quality.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and frameworks to elevate the QA function.
- Develop training programs for the QA team to stay current with industry trends.

- Proven experience leading a QA function, particularly in outsourced software development.
- Strong background in automation and test automation frameworks.
- Expertise in software testing methodologies including functional, integration, performance, and regression testing.
- Experience with web-based applications and related technologies.
