Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and interpret historical and current financial data to assess the company’s financial status.
• Perform trend analysis and provide actionable insights for operational efficiency.
• Prepare requests for financial and non-financial information adhering to group consolidation requirements.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and collaborate with departments to implement improvements.
• Prepare reports to ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
• Create and implement performance reporting across manufacturing and assembly sites.
• Establish cost analysis policies and recommend actions to senior management.
• Develop automated accounting programs to enhance productivity.
• Develop financial models for planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Skills:

• Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
• Experience in financial analysis and working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One is highly desirable.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Strategic thinking and organisational skills.
