We’re working with a leading insurance business embarking on a major technology transformation programme, and they’re looking for a Contract Automation QA Engineer to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling out automated testing capabilities across a suite of newly developed systems and platforms.
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks using Playwright and supporting automation through UiPath as the business digitises key processes. This role will work closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an Automation QA Engineer in enterprise environments (ideally within insurance or financial services).
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for automated testing (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Solid experience with UiPath for RPA testing and validation.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the release lifecycle.
- Ability to write and maintain test plans, scripts, and documentation.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
