Summary: The Python Developer role at a fast-scaling Omni-Channel Ecommerce start-up in London involves building and scaling the core platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy backend services using Python
- Work with AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, etc.) to build scalable, serverless solutions
- Integrate APIs across multiple platforms (web, mobile, retail systems)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices
- Solve problems quickly and efficiently while maintaining clean code and documentation
Key Skills:
- Proven experience developing Python-based applications in a commercial setting
- Strong background working with AWS services
- Experience in Omni-Channel Ecommerce or retail platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
