- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate team collaboration, including hosting meetings and resolving conflicts.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, reports, and technical specifications.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of outsourced components (if applicable).
