Summary: The Property Finance Manager role in Birmingham involves overseeing financial management for a significant property portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for Property, Facilities, and Fleet
- Monitor capital expenditure against approved budgets
- Analyse P&L spend including utilities, rent, rates, and maintenance
- Review and challenge costs to ensure value for money
- Evaluate lease renewals, exits, and dilapidations
- Track property disposals and associated costs/revenues
- Manage onerous lease provisions and tax filings
- Support strategic property decisions with financial analysis
- Track KPIs and financial performance metrics
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics on management information
- Provide regular updates on action plans and variances
- Partner with teams on cost analysis and decision support

Our client are a well established company with a significant property portfolio, they are currently seeking an experienced and qualified accountant with strong commercial experience with multiple properties
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for Property, Facilities, and Fleet
- Monitor capital expenditure against approved budgets
