Summary: The Project Support Administrator/Analyst role involves collaborating with a project team to implement a new Salesforce instance and manage integrations with NetSuite. The position requires assisting with data migration, producing documentation, and supporting end users during various project phases. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a flexible working arrangement, including remote options. The role is based in Felsted, Essex, requiring two days a week on-site attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to implement and configure a new Salesforce instance.
- Migrate Celigo connector between NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Configure and test integrations to streamline workflows and eliminate data duplication.
- Assist with data clean-up, mapping, and migration.
- Produce process documentation and training materials.
- Support end users during UAT, roll out, and post-implementation.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and setup.
- Experience with SAAS software integrations, preferably Celigo.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach to data flows.
- Experience with structured data in spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
