Summary: Urgent requirement for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a defence business in Fife, Scotland, on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, requiring local candidates to work 2-3 days per week. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000. Candidates must be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex projects from initiation through to completion as a Transformation Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage diverse stakeholders within complex Matrix organisations.
- Deliver business process, systems, and operating model transformation initiatives.
- Obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

IT Project Manager/Scotland, Fife (Hybrid, 2/3 days per week)/SC (Or eligible)
Urgent requirement for an experienced IT PM to join a defence business, on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
This role will be Hybrid in Fife, so local candidates are preferred and ideally paying up to 65k.
Essential Skills:
- Proven track record as a Transformation Delivery Manager or Project Manager, successfully leading complex projects from initiation through to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage diverse stakeholders within complex Matrix organisations.
- Strong experience delivering business process, systems, and operating model transformation initiatives.
- Eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
This role will move quickly for the right candidate, interviews can take place this month (May), with a view of starting soon after.
