Summary: The role of DevOps Engineer focuses on supporting an AWS-based platform with an emphasis on infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and platform reliability. Key Responsibilities:
- Support an AWS-based platform focusing on infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and platform reliability.
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Manage AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC, and Redshift.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
- Automate processes and practices within the DevOps framework.
- Write scripts in Python, Bash, and Ansible.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices.
- Leverage AWS data services such as Glue, Athena, Lake Formation, and QuickSight.
- Administer GitLab and Artifactory.
- Utilize configuration management tools like Puppet, Salt, and Ansible.
- Monitor systems using Grafana and Prometheus.
- Manage Entra ID and Active Directory.
Key Skills:
- Strong Terraform (IaC) experience.
- Solid AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Redshift).
- Experience with Git / GitLab and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).
