Summary: The Project Manager (Adult Social Care) role involves overseeing multiple projects within adult social care services for a client in Rochdale on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The position requires expertise in implementing technology changes, particularly AI-powered tools, and experience with Liquidlogic is highly advantageous. The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days on-site each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding, documenting, analysing, and advising on business services and processes as they relate to ICT systems.
  • Documenting changing requirements in relation to ICT systems.
  • Advising on ICT solution selection.
  • Supporting customers in relation to procurement of business information systems.
  • Identifying, planning, and managing the implementation of optimum ICT solutions to meet business needs.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the public sector - ideally within social care services.
  • Experience with Liquidlogic will be highly advantageous.
  • Experience of rolling out AI powered tools.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
