Summary: The Project Manager at SYSTRA will oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring their successful and safe delivery within agreed time, budget, and quality parameters. This role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional project management service ensuring commercial and contractual compliance.
  • Act as sector lead within the PMO and support in-sector project managers.
  • Engage with project team members to support projects and bids.
  • Conduct contract reviews and lead client start-up meetings.
  • Direct multi-disciplinary project teams and manage day-to-day project activities.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with governance processes and regulatory provisions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project delivery issues.
  • Conduct regular project performance assessments and manage project costs.
  • Ensure adherence to change control procedures and effective communication with clients.
  • Lead and coordinate bids and assist in negotiations and disputes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Take full ownership of the project life cycle.
