Summary: The Test Centre Administrator at Pearson VUE in Weymouth is responsible for the efficient delivery of tests while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with security protocols. The role involves managing candidate interactions, ensuring test integrity, and supporting business initiatives to enhance profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
- Ensure candidates’ needs are met with understanding and respect.
- Understand testing needs and procedures for every Pearson VUE client.
- Adhere to compliance standards and security protocols.
- Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and candidates.
- Ensure integrity and security of tests are maintained.
- Comply with incident reporting and escalation procedures.
- Maintain competencies in systems and procedures.
- Assist and support business initiatives to maximize centre profitability.
- Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
- Cooperate in promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
- Ensure equipment is operational and test stations are in working order.
- Process candidates’ sign-in and verify identity.
- Explain the test process to candidates and address queries.
- Print and provide post-test score reports to candidates.
- Schedule appointments for candidates as required.
- Liaise with technical support staff to resolve issues.
- Help maintain a clean and professional testing atmosphere.
- Communicate concerns to the Test Centre Manager.
- Support and deliver events and alternative test delivery processes.
- Undertake additional duties to ensure smooth running of the test centre.
Key Skills:

- Competent in Windows-based applications (Web Mail, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer).
