Summary: We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our GenAl team on a contract basis in London. This role involves driving the execution of GenAl initiatives while collaborating closely with leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and project management, with a focus on continuous improvement and complex project execution. A familiarity with Generative AI concepts is preferred, although the role is not technical in nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of GenAl initiatives in collaboration with leadership teams.

In this individual contributor role, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of our GenAl initiatives, working in close collaboration with the DX (Digital Experiences) and other leadership teams. The ideal candidate will be a master of Agile methodologies, adept at fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and skilled in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Qualifications: Proven and relevant experience (7+ years) as an Agile Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Understanding of Generative Al concepts, workflows, and their application within a project management context. (While not a technical role, familiarity with the lifecycle of GenAl would be preferred). Advanced proficiency in utilizing and optimizing leading project management and work tracking tools, specifically Monday.com and MS Planner. Curiosity and growth mindset. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams and leaders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a talent for developing and monitoring performance metrics. Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar) is a plus.
