Summary: The Senior Project Manager role involves leading a 12-month eCommerce re-platforming and integration project for a high-growth digital ecommerce business in the UK. The position requires end-to-end project delivery, Scrum Master responsibilities, and collaboration across various teams including Engineering, Trade, Marketing, and SEO. The role is hybrid and classified as outside IR35, offering a competitive daily rate. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in eCommerce and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage integrations, define technical specs, and maintain clear project documentation
- Drive delivery plans, timelines, and risk mitigation
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and cross-team collaboration
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in eCommerce
- Successfully led at least one eCommerce re-platforming and Event-Driven Architecture project
- Background in Software Engineering and/or QA
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
