Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within the corporate banking space, ensuring outcomes align with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, resource forecasts, risk logs, and status updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, operations, compliance, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet regulatory, operational, and business requirements.
- Facilitate effective project meetings, tracking actions and decisions to maintain progress and accountability.
- Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans and escalating where appropriate.
- Report regularly to senior stakeholders and governance bodies on progress, risks, and key decisions.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, such as Commercial lending, Cash management, Payments, Trade finance, Treasury.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar platforms is a plus.
