Job Title: Electrical Engineering Trainer

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs in engineering, design, systems integration, and industrial security for diverse audiences, from introductory to advanced levels. Translate complex engineering and technical standards into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises. Conduct interactive workshops and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and understanding. Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in industrial technology, automation, security practices, and engineering tools, integrating them into updated training content and new modules. Provide expert guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and clarifying challenging engineering concepts. Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations, continuously refining training methodologies and content. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Requirements: Must be a UK resident with a valid work permit. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field. Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in applying and interpreting engineering concepts A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in training or instructional role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective technical training programs. Advanced knowledge of current industry standards, interpretations, and practical application. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information. Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills. Able to perform well in high-pressure situations and adapt to diverse learning styles. Able to give and receive constructive feedback.
