Summary: The Project Manager Part Time role involves leading the Breakthrough Innovation agenda by collaborating with various functions such as Innovation, R&D, and Supply Chain. The position requires gathering feasibility evidence for projects, ensuring technical compliance, and planning for scalability while fostering cross-functional partnerships. The role is designed for a candidate with significant experience in technical innovation and strong stakeholder relationship skills. This position is part-time, requiring 20 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Breakthrough Innovation agenda through effective collaboration with Innovation, R&D, and Supply Chain.
- Gather feasibility evidence for Breakthrough projects and provide insights for agile testing and learning.
- Develop an end-to-end understanding of Supply Chain opportunities and facilitate efficient pilots.
- Ensure pilots meet technical standards and requirements through partnership with Supply Technical and categories.
- Integrate Breakthrough Innovation projects into category plans and plan for scalable solutions.
Key Skills:
- 5 years of experience in technical, Innovation, and Brand Change.
- Experience in partnering with external parties to deliver solutions.
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and KPI development.
- Good financial and commercial understanding of COGS and GM.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong networking abilities and approachable communication style.
- Good IT skills and capability to learn systems.
- Degree in relevant Project Management or Technical Discipline or equivalent experience.
