Summary: The Salesforce Knowledge Article Writer will leverage their expertise in Salesforce Knowledge to create user-friendly articles aimed at enhancing customer service and self-service support. This role involves developing structured content, translating complex processes into accessible guides, and collaborating with subject matter experts. The position is a fixed-term contract for six months, requiring strong writing and documentation skills. Flexibility in working arrangements is available after an initial orientation period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and structure knowledge-based content within Salesforce for customer support, field sales, and end-users.
  • Translate complex processes into easy-to-understand, step-by-step guides and FAQs.
  • Work with subject matter experts to gather and validate information.
  • Ensure articles align with branding, style guidelines, and best practices.
  • Optimise content for searchability, findability, and usability.
  • Deliver completed articles within the agreed-upon timeframe.

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Knowledge content creation.
  • Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills.
