Summary: The role of Logistics Strategic Projects Implementation Program Manager involves leading the implementation of a SAP system separation and operational separation of logistics operations for a Joint Venture across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and align a cross-functional project team including DTS, Logistics Central Support, site Logistics SMEs, and third-party partners.
- Oversee logistics workstreams related to SAP system separation and operational logistics separation.
- Identify, assess, and manage change management risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Logistics stakeholder management, working closely with the Logistics PMO.
- Support shaping, steering, and implementing a consistent communication and execution approach, balancing business continuity with aggressive project timelines.
- Facilitate decision-making by clearly articulating trade-offs and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Track and report milestones, dependencies, and risks using Targetprocess and other detailed offline tracking tools as required.
Key Skills:
- Proven Project Management experience, with the ability to scope projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver against defined timelines and expectations.
- Strong experience working in highly matrixed organizations, influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong PowerPoint/executive deck-writing capabilities.
- Working knowledge of SAP principles, with prior system implementation or separation experience highly desirable.
- Hands-on exposure to Warehouse operations and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/SAP EWM).
- Transportation operations and Transport Management Systems (TMS).

This role will act as the single point of contact for logistics stakeholder management , ensuring alignment across cross-functional workstreams within Supply Chain and Digital Technology Services (DTS) , covering both warehousing and transportation . The ideal candidate is a strong project manager, strategic thinker, and problem solver with excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization. Given the tight project timelines, a strong focus on delivery, risk mitigation, and standardization is critical.
