Summary: The Project Manager role involves overseeing multiple workstreams within a fast-growing, data-driven SaaS organization. The position requires managing enterprise client engagement and ensuring project delivery remains on track. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering teams and effective communication with stakeholders. This is a 6-month contract based in London, requiring two days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take over project management responsibilities for existing enterprise customer accounts
  • Manage projects at varying stages: start-up, mid-delivery, and close-out
  • Ensure delivery remains on track against established project plans
  • Work day-to-day with engineering teams to ensure required data and outputs are delivered
  • Provide troubleshooting support, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Act as a key bridge between customers and internal teams
  • Lead bi-weekly customer engagements, including coordination and follow-up
  • Handle customer-facing email communication and meeting administration
  • Produce summary slide decks and status updates for stakeholders
  • Enable smooth collaboration across functions and help teams work effectively together
  • Operate within a PRINCE2-style framework, while maintaining a flexible, delivery-first approach

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering digital or data-led projects
  • Experience within transport or fleet industries
  • Strong project management background, ideally within SaaS environments
  • Experience working with engineering, data science, and analytics teams
  • Comfortable coordinating delivery across datasets and technical workstreams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident producing and presenting clear, concise slide decks
  • Hands-on experience using Jira and Google Slides
  • Experience working in digital transformation programmes
  • Collaborative, pragmatic approach
