Summary: Insight Global is seeking multiple Project Managers for long-term contract roles in Chester and Dublin to support a transformation and change management portfolio for a leading bank starting in 2026. The positions are aimed at intermediate to senior-level candidates with 2-10+ years of experience, focusing on driving strategic change initiatives and improving client experience, efficiency, and compliance. Responsibilities include full lifecycle management and collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a diverse portfolio of strategic, discretionary, and mandated change initiatives.
- Partner with business and support teams to deliver improvements in client experience, efficiency, cost reduction, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage projects from full lifecycle to specific phases such as business case development or user testing.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Front Office, Technology, and other key stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Project management experience in Financial Services, especially Investment Banking.
- Previous global markets/regulatory projects background advantageous.
- Knowledge of sales/trading and post trade processing.
- Familiarity with structured project management methods such as PRINCE2 or Microsoft Solutions Framework.
