Summary: The Project Manager will oversee projects related to testing environments and application migration/upgrades within a leading organization. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while managing a designated portfolio of work. The position is hybrid, requiring travel to the Bradford office 2-3 days a week, and is classified as inside IR35. The contract duration is for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects within a designated portfolio/suite of work across the testing environment and application migration/upgrades.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to drive projects and deliver against agreed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, contract partners, and supply chain.
  • Lead project teams, drive contractor performance, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee project planning, financial/budget management, and reporting.

Project Manager - Testing, Application Migration/Upgrade - Hybrid but with travel to Bradford office 2-3 days a week - 6 months + extension - Inside IR35 - £550 - £595 per day

Our client, a leading organisation in the region, has a contract requirement for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will manage projects within a designated portfolio/suite of work across the testing environment within the organisation and application migration/upgrades. The role holder will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to drive projects delivering against agreed targets.

Skills and Qualifications: You will possess proven experience as a Project Manager specifically around testing environments within and application migration/upgrades within an Enterprise environment. The Project Manager must be a strong influential manager of stakeholders and be able to create excellent working relationships with contract partners and supply chain, to assist successful project delivery. You will be a leader, confident and assertive, whilst maintaining a can-do attitude to problem solving and directing the wider project resources. You will have a proven track record of project management and planning and financial/budget management. Specific experience of delivering testing environment upgrades, and application upgrades/migrations. Fully experienced in project delivery including leading the project team, driving contractor performance, and ensuring the right outcomes are delivered.
