Summary: The Project Specialist role at PE Global involves overseeing project deliverables to ensure timely execution across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring deliverables to ensure schedule maintenance through engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Providing internal and external delivery updates and compiling communication packs.
- Working with delivery teams to track progress and drive actions to mitigate risks.
- Assisting engineering teams in evaluating manufacturing readiness and efficiency.
- Scheduling projects and developing best practices for engineering deliverables.
- Evaluating ways of working and suggesting improvements based on departmental synergies.
- Conducting data analysis to inform business decisions and improvement projects.
Key Skills:
- Degree or Masters qualification in a technical subject, preferably mechanical or electrical.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software.
- Understanding of SAP.
- Familiarity with CAD.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Understanding of technical drawings.
