The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Security Project Manager to join a well-established and growing security systems business delivering projects across commercial sites in Newcastle and the surrounding areas.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of commercial projects, our client is looking for a driven and organised Project Manager with experience overseeing the delivery of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm installations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional seeking a long-term contract role with a reputable company and consistent project work.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Security Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the delivery of electronic security projects across commercial sites
• Overseeing CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm installations from initiation through to completion
• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Managing site progress, health & safety, and quality standards
• Attending client meetings and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Producing and managing project documentation, reports, and schedules
• Ensuring compliance with industry and site regulations
• Supporting commissioning and handover processes where required

Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Security Project Manager within the electronic security industry
Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems
Experience managing commercial security installation projects
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations on commercial sites
Full UK driving licence

Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential)
CSCS / ECS Card
SMSTS or SSSTS
FIA qualifications
Prince2 or equivalent project management certification
Experience working with leading security system manufacturers
