Performance Marketing Manager — ML Wonderland
ML Wonderland is a lean growth consultancy that helps Seed to Series A startups grow fast and spend smart. No bloated teams, no vanity metrics — just work that moves the needle.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who lives in the channels, not in PowerPoints.
What you'll actually do
- You'll own paid media end-to-end — strategy, execution, optimization, reporting.
- You'll work across Meta, Google, and whatever platform makes sense for the client.
- You'll spot what's not working before anyone asks, and you'll fix it.
You're the right person if:
- You're genuinely comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, and HubSpot — not just familiar with them
- You follow growth marketing closely and adapt quickly when the landscape shifts
- You have an eye for detail that borders on obsessive (in a good way)
- You're organized without being prompted — deadlines, budgets, and reporting don't slip
- You care about the outcome, not just the output
- You've managed and scaled paid campaigns before, ideally for startups
Nice to have: experience managing budgets north of £50k/month, comfort with A/B testing and CRO, and an analytical streak that means you're as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in an ads dashboard.
The role
Remote, contract-to-hire. You'll start on a contract basis with the expectation of moving to a full-time role as we grow together. You'll work directly with Michael and a small team across multiple client accounts. Fast-moving, high-trust, no hand-holding. If that sounds like your kind of environment, we'd like to hear from you.
