Summary: The Project Manager (Construction Procurement) role at the Housing Executive in Belfast involves supporting the Senior Project Manager in the procurement of construction works and related services. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Project Manager in delivering effective procurement of construction works and services.
- Contribute to the provision of a professional Construction Procurement service.
- Ensure solutions are cost-effective and technically feasible for the Housing Executive's Asset Management division.
- Assist in the management of construction-related professional services contracts.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant Building/Construction Discipline, or equivalent Level 6 qualification.
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in a Building/Construction function, or a BTEC Higher qualification with 3 years' experience.
- Strong understanding of construction procurement processes.
- Ability to work within a team and contribute to business delivery.
