Summary: The Agile Delivery Manager at Arup will oversee the delivery of change within the Data programme using Agile methodologies, focusing on the expansion of a data lake and business intelligence capabilities. This role involves collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. The position is remote-first with occasional travel to London, emphasizing the importance of agile project management and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide agile project delivery to ensure value from product development, focusing on Service Transition, Financial Monitoring, and Control.
• Maintain product delivery momentum and optimize the delivery flow of teams.
• Support internal customer projects by managing interfaces between the project and customers.
• Adopt Arup's project management approach and ensure standard project monitoring and controls are used.
• Apply experience across the product life cycle and recognize appropriate deliverables and stakeholders.
• Plan and engage stakeholders at various project stages.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to lead the project scrum process.

Key Skills:

• Good knowledge of agile methodologies and principles.
• Experience in agile delivery management and partnering with Scrum Masters.
