Summary: The role of Programme Analyst / PMO Analyst involves supporting the programme management function for a six-month contract, focusing on programme governance, stakeholder communication, and benefit reporting. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication and capable of producing clear outputs for senior stakeholders. This role is hybrid, requiring one day per week in Watford, with an immediate start preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting programme management across key workstreams
  • Owning and maintaining programme governance routines
  • Producing clear programme updates, packs, and reporting
  • Supporting benefit tracking and benefit reporting
  • Helping shape programme storytelling and communications
  • Contributing to process mapping (nice to have)

Key Skills:

  • Strong PMO / Programme Analyst experience
  • Pharma experience ideal
  • Programme Management experience
  • Confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Experience working with programme governance and reporting
  • Ability to create clear outputs for senior stakeholders

  • Consulting / Management consulting experience is a plus

This role is ideal for someone who is strong on programme governance, stakeholder comms, and benefit reporting , and who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to delivery.
