Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare JIP (Joint Improvement Plan) packs for working-level and executive meetings.
  • Coordinate deliverables for JIPs with international suppliers (including South Korean and UK suppliers).
  • Ensure consistent and accurate documentation aligned with project governance standards.
  • Lead the harmonisation of Monthly Packs for all Operations Organisation streams.
  • Support the definition and development of KPI dashboards for PMO Governance.
  • Ensure reliable data collection, validation, and reporting for performance tracking.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of PMO experience.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, presentation, and dashboard creation.
  • Proficiency with communication and reporting tools, including Google Slides (GSlide) and Google Sheets (GSheet).
  • Familiarity with Risk & Opportunities (Risk & Opps) management frameworks.
  • Understanding of SCQ (Safety, Cost, Quality) environments and related governance models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
