Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate consolidated group financial statements.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes across subsidiaries.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP and internal policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Drive improvements in financial systems and reporting tools.

Key Skills:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in group accounting, ideally in a multi-entity environment.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent Excel and financial systems skills (eg, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a confident communicator.
