Summary: The Project Coordinator will oversee the delivery of a new network infrastructure replacement project, coordinating with multiple parties and third-party suppliers. This role involves tracking, reporting, and escalating activities to ensure timely implementation and effective communication among stakeholders. The coordinator will report directly to the Technical Delivery Manager and manage the overall project schedule and risk log. The position requires a proactive approach to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for the project team, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Complete the delivery of the Network Optimization Project rollout.
• Coordinate with third-party partners involved in the survey and implementation plan.
• Liaise with the change management team to communicate the implementation plan.
• Provide weekly status reports to the Technical Delivery Manager.
• Set up a "Virtual Control Centre" to manage implementation progress.
• Update the Master Schedule Tracker using AirTable.
• Track ISP orders and update the Master Tracker, flagging risks and issues.
• Support the rollout plan and gain agreements with internal stakeholders.
• Own the implementation plan/master schedule on behalf of the customer.
• Manage the risk and issues log.

Key Skills:

• Strong project coordination and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with project tracking tools, preferably AirTable.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Proficient in risk management and issue tracking.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
