Summary: Cedar is seeking an Interim Procurement Systems Lead for a Local Authority on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monitoring of compliance to drive commercial performance.
• Maintain the contracts database and procurement pipeline to ensure compliance with Local Government transparency code and the Procurement Act.
• Develop a Procurement Pipeline and Contract Register.
• Utilize InTend, Excel, and Power Bi to enhance data usage and support commercial decision-making.

Key Skills:

• Strong background in the Public Sector with knowledge of Public Sector Procurement regulations (PA23).
• Experience using Procurement systems for implementing procedures and reporting requirements.
• Track record in overseeing commercial systems design, development, and implementation.
• Experience with InTend is desirable.
