Summary: The role of Pega AI Consultant involves leading a proof-of-concept initiative within a Pega transformation program, requiring collaboration with the Pega Centre of Excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the proof of concept for Pega AI solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal Pega CoE to transfer knowledge and build internal capability.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for implementing and scaling Pega AI tools.
- Contribute to the design and validation of AI-driven process improvements.
- Work within a structured programme environment, aligning with broader IT transformation goals.
Key Skills:
- Proven, recent hands-on experience with Pega AI technologies: Blueprinting, Task Mining, Process Mining, Knowledge Buddy.
- Strong consultancy background with a focus on quality over quantity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Previous experience working in proof of concept or early-stage innovation projects (desirable).

We are seeking 1–2 experienced Pega AI Consultants to support a proof-of-concept initiative within a wider Pega transformation to Pega SaaS programme. You will work closely with our established Pega Centre of Excellence (CoE), which has strong Pega capabilities but is looking to augment its knowledge in these specific AI areas.
