Summary: The Lead Architect will spearhead a significant IT carve-out and transformation programme, focusing on solution and enterprise architecture across various streams. This role emphasizes aligning technical strategy, governance, and delivery while leading key initiatives such as ERP implementation and Salesforce rollout. The position requires strong leadership and mentoring capabilities within a fast-paced environment. The contract is for 5 months with a hybrid working arrangement based in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and assure solution quality.
• Run the Technical Design Authority with the Head of Design Authority.
• Deliver key artefacts: high-level/detailed designs, operating models, interface specs, architecture patterns.
• Evaluate and select products/solutions.
• Mentor architects and provide technical leadership across the programme.

Key Skills:

• Proven Lead/Enterprise Architect on large-scale transformations.
• Strong across infrastructure, ERP, CRM (Salesforce), security, O365, data migration.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and governance experience.
• Able to deliver under pressure in fast-paced change environments.

Salary (Rate): £675 daily

We're looking for a Lead Architect to join a major IT carve-out and transformation programme. This role will lead solution and enterprise architecture across multiple streams, ensuring technical strategy, governance, and delivery are aligned.

• O365 & new desktop environment
• Security & access control systems
• Data migration
