Summary: The NCCPE is seeking two Project Administrators to support their mission of fostering an inclusive higher education sector. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks within a dynamic team environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. Candidates should be adept at managing competing demands and possess good IT skills, with additional experience in digital content creation being advantageous. This is a full-time, two-year fixed-term position based in Bristol with remote working options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support within a project team.
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels and external partners.
- Manage queries from delegates and provide excellent customer service.
- Support events and external meetings.
- Utilize IT skills, including platforms like Zoom and Teams.
- Handle competing demands and work to tight deadlines.
- Contribute to digital content creation and social media management if applicable.
Key Skills:
- Wide range of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including Zoom and Teams.
- Ability to manage competing demands and tight deadlines.
- Experience in digital content creation, social media management, and/or video editing is advantageous.
