Project Admin Support Inside IR35

Contract Term: 3 months (possible extension)

Contracting Authority: MoD

Location: Hybrid Working (two days per week onsite Corsham)

Job Purpose:

The role of the Project Admin Support covers a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of the project s objectives. The Project Admin Support enables the smooth running of the project by supporting the project managers through the operation of project management processes, and the co-ordination of business management actions and activities on their behalf. 

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.

 

As a Project Admin Support, your main responsibilities will be to: 

  • Assist with and maintain appropriate systems to enable effective planning and scheduling.
  • Assist in maintaining project controls and in producing project reports.
  • Responsible for project file management using robust version control. Organise key project meetings and provide secretariat support.
  • Management of staff as appropriate. Onboarding and Offboarding of staff including arranging meet/greets and first day.
  • New contract requisitions, Contract amendments and Purchase requisitions?stakeholders. Act as the focal point for project responses to external requests for information.
  • Assist with the monitor of project spend and contribute to the compilation of budgets.
  • Maintains an accurate asset register for the project.
  • Timely and accurate management of all invoices, timesheets and CP&F receipting including end of month reconciliation.
  • Assist with and maintain risk and issue logs, escalating as appropriate.
  • Management of JIRA for the team.

 

 

You ll have: 

  • Experience of working across boundaries, ie finance, business management, security
  • Good information management skills
  • Ability to work to short deadlines and to prioritise accordingly.
  • Experience in use of office collaborative tools, ie SharePoint, MS Teams
