Summary: The Salesforce Programme Manager will lead a significant Salesforce implementation programme for a client in London, requiring extensive experience in managing complex Salesforce transformations and engaging with senior stakeholders. This contract role is outside IR35 and involves overseeing multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce ecosystems and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of a Salesforce implementation programme.
  • Oversee delivery of multiple Salesforce workstreams (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to align programme objectives with wider business strategy.
  • Manage third-party vendors and SI partners, ensuring delivery quality and value.
  • Develop and maintain programme artefacts including roadmaps, risk registers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Promote adoption, change management, and best practices across the business.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Programme Manager leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally across multiple clouds.
  • Background in utilities, insurance/financial services, or consultancy (highly desirable).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to work at executive level.
  • Experience managing external delivery partners and system integrators.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and programme governance frameworks.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an Outside IR35 contract.
  • Desirable Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience in regulated or complex business environments.
